As a socially responsible industry leader, we deal exclusively in natural white and natural fancy colored diamonds. Our high-value inventories are sourced solely from conflict-free diamonds certified by the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme (KPCS). This international initiative aims to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the market and financing violence in their source countries. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any rough diamonds that do not comply with KPCS regulations.

Supply Chain Policy

Incendie Inc. is committed to:

• Respecting human rights and avoiding involvement in conflict financing.
• Complying with all relevant UN sanctions, resolutions, and laws.

We will:

• Verify compliance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Labour Organization standards through independent third-party assessments.
• Avoid bribery, corruption, money laundering, and terrorism financing.
• Support transparency in government payments and rights-compatible security forces.
• Refrain from providing direct or indirect support to illegal armed groups.
• Use our influence to prevent human rights abuses by others.

Regarding serious abuses associated with minerals:

• We will not tolerate or profit from any such abuses.
• We will immediately cease engagement with suppliers involved in or linked to these abuses.

Regarding non-state armed groups:

• We only deal in Kimberley Process-certified diamonds.
• We will not tolerate direct or indirect support to non-state armed groups.
• We will immediately cease engagement with suppliers linked to such groups.

Regarding public or private security forces:

• We will not provide support to forces that commit abuses or act illegally.

Regarding bribery and money laundering:

• We will not engage in bribery or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• We will support efforts to eliminate money laundering.
